How are words counted?
A word is any run of letters or digits. Hyphenated words and words with an apostrophe count as one.
How is reading time calculated?
Reading time uses 200 words per minute and speaking time uses 130 words per minute.

Yes. Greek letters, accents and punctuation like the Greek question mark are handled.
